carrots
Well...either this was a phenomenal year for carrot growing or I planted WAY too many. There is already a stash in my freezer and I don't know what to do with all that I just picked [not to mention those still in the ground]. Know any good carrot recipes?

wow those are pretty carrots! i should show delia this photo: she thought she was on another planet when she saw yellow carrots in freddies! i had some vegetable soup from a can today and was thinking how nice it would be to make some... i am craving a soup-filled fall!
