how cute are these! i stumbled across them on etsy today. the creator, kittybabylove, is the featured seller. i was thinking of getting etta some chunky crayons for christmas - might have to get these. and they are made in portland!

When I went onto etsy today this seller was featured on the home page. I'm smitten! Check out inaluxe's pretty bloggie here. The bottom image reminds me a lot of the Catherine Holm lotus bowls - which I dream of finding at Goodwill one day.

So I bought this pattern off of etsy to make the dress for Etta's Halloween costume. I'm going to make the one that is pictured in white. The pattern is stamped EASY but I think that is 1960's easy - when everyone knew how to sew really well. There are some old fashioned sewing terms on there that I am going to need to figure out. I'll keep you posted.

PS There are a ton of awesome vintage patterns on etsy. I had a hard time buying only one.
